Cooking for Rob

I was given a very good cookbook by Donna Hay from my mate Naomi for my birthday a few weeks ago and it has inspired me to cook a variety of new dishes for my dinner guests....My mate Rob who I used to work with at Parthenon came round a few weeks ago and was the guinea pig for one of my new creations....It was some sort of chicken and cous cous dish with olives and (something green) on top... No cooking session is complete without my apron and oven mitt...
I think Rob and Claire were secretly quite impressed....
