RIP My favourite pan

It was with much sadness that I had to bid farewell to my favourite cooking device last week. It was bought for me by Mum on one of her trips over here. She likes to buy me bits and pieces in an attempt to encourage my cooking ! I have been cooking more recently actually so I had to go out and buy a new pan. But I'll never forget all the chicken stir frys that came out of this pan...
