Chicken & Aubergine....
I quite like getting out lots of different cooking devices and using them all - my measuring cups and spoons, bowls - things to stir with - it all makes me feel like a professional ! I'm sure I'll eventually get to the point where the sight of me cooking doesn't require a photograph being taken, but perhaps not quite yet !!!
