CANBERRA continued....and, concluded...

Canberra really is a lovely place to visit in the winter and I had such a great time there. It's a lot colder down there so the houses are built to keep in the warm a bit more than the Queensland houses are !! Saw this amazing sunset on my last night there.... I went around to my old primary school mate Kristins house for a curry and a rather spectular dessert that Breeze made for us. Her secret ingredient was Ice Magic - another Australian classic... yummy....Yet another of Rankin's new friends - their duck called Georg, without and "e"...

A gorgeous Canberra morning....the view across the road....It was sad to say goodbye the next morning but now it's Kristin's turn to come to London to visit me!!!
