Country Road Trip

Mum, Dad and I decided to hit the roads once again for a McGregor family country roadtrip to Stanthorpe....here are some of the things we saw along the way...some honey suckle...
A cow made out of tin... A very large sign for honey and an oversized banana...
A proper country road trip lunch... Sausage rolls and sars....yummy...

We didn't have one of these Meringue Pigs, but I am now regretting it...This nice little set up was just parked across the road, but maybe one day...

Sueanne & Chris Got Married

I was pleasantly surprised a few years ago when Sueanne announced that she was dating Chris who I actually new before I knew her ! I was back in Oz for their recent wedding and it was brilliant to see everyone, lots of people I hadn't seen for almost 16 years. It was held at Lourdes Hill so there was a great view of the Brisbane River...
I always feel bad because I have missed so many weddings over the years so I was happy to finally make one. From left to right - Menko, Tills, Michelle, Me, Suey, Jac & Chels. The groom gets a little attention from the ladies... Michelle & Sean...
Tills was up from Canberra for the big day and got a very special hair do...
Pointing out the rather obvious bulge under Michelle's dress (which has now turned into a bouncing baby boy called Oscar !)The rest of the McCahon family...Sueanne, Antonia & Bronnie... I love this photo of Suey & Jac...

Jacaranda Trees are beautiful !

The Coast...

I love the coast. I love everything about going to the coast. The sunsets, the sand, the smells, the fish and chips, the walks on the beach and the swims in the ocean that take your breath away...
Mum, Dad and I went down for a few days this trip and had a really nice time (of course that meant rarely going out in the sun and if I did venture out, I adhered to the slip, slop, slap philosophy)It was great to have Dunk, Tash, Isla and Murray come to visit and I especially liked the 8am wake up by my niece to go for a swim in the ocean (best hangover cure - EVER!).

Isla likes to hang out in trees...
